Dishon was referred to me by my lender and as a first-time homebuyer, he was everything I could have asked for in a Realtor®. In the beginning, he took the time to completely understand my goals so he could get the best idea of what kind of property would best suit my needs. From there it wasn't a race for him to find me a home. He was very patient and helped me understand that this is a commitment for me and every day spent with him viewing homes was helping him narrow down the perfect home for my needs and budget. His knowledge in investing and flipping houses was noticeable when on the search. Many times he was able to help me identify the pros and cons of homes because of structural issues, work that may be needed in the future, or homes that had the opportunity to have the most equity. Lastly, Dishon was a great communicator. He was always in contact with me which is expected but he also is knowledgeable about the lending process and was able to stay in contact with my lender to make sure there weren't any issues. I would recommend Dishon as your Realtor® because not only is he great at what he does but mainly because he's a great person and someone I feel I can trust to give me an honest opinion.

I don't think words can express how overly pleased I am with my experience with Dishon. Each day, he made me feel like I was his top-most priority, how I was feeling about the home buying process, the houses we had seen, what I had liked about a house; what I didn't, the status of offers I had submitted and updates, and overall touching base. Furthermore, he identified with my "must-haves" of the home I wanted to purchase and always kept those items at the forefront. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone else to family or friends looking to purchase a home in the greater Denver area.
